Your QR ticket appears in “My tickets” the moment payment clears, and we send a copy on WhatsApp to the number you booked with.
Yes. Open the ticket in “My tickets”, choose Split, and send a seat to any mobile number. They get their own QR · yours keeps working.
Gates scan offline. Your QR is validated on the device and syncs when signal returns, so entry never waits on a mobile network.
No. One WhatsApp OTP is enough to book and receive your ticket. Create an account later if you want your orders and tickets in one place.
Refunds follow the organizer’s policy for that event, shown on the event page before you pay. Cancelled events are refunded in full.
